    My Fossil Sport won't charge. Not sure if cable or watch. And when it does charge, GPS untethered does not work.

    Just recently purchased my Fossil Carlyle Gen 5 near the beginning of this year, and it's been having the following problems:

    • Screen turns off immediately after turning on and is unresponsive to touching the screen or any of the buttons
    • It only turns onto the welcome screen, and shows the incorrect time (4:00am) and date (Jan 1)
    • Phone is unable to connect to the watch
    • The watch doesn't charge past 75%

    My guess is that the battery is defective or the current software is broken.

    I have a Fossil smartwatch Generation 3 and my watch won't charge past 85%.  Can you please tell me what the problem is?

    I have a fossil gen 4 that I bought in December. The back will not stay on for some reason don`t know why. Have not every taken it off
