    New Fossil Sport Smartwatch with battery only lasting 8-10 hours. THIS IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH and is not as described. This watch is faulty from new and I would like a refund.

    Have got a Gen 5 Carlyle and the battery is draining. I have done a reset and turned all the features of and still not even getting 10 hours.
    Absolutely ridiculous. What's the point of having a smartwatch that you can't use

    Like many others, the back cover fell off my Q Venture despite never letting it get wet. Now I'm afraid to even charge it because I can see all the circuitry.

    I have literally had this watch two weeks... During lockdown. And its already a nightmare. It says its a corrupt device and refuses to budge from the boot up. Looks lovely but it is officially awful. Can someone please contact me from Fossil as I am seriously about to scream

    I have literally had this watch (explorist hr) for 2 days and it's doing my nut in. The screen keeps doing what it wants, but only the left. Can someone please help me. I have a video of the issue.
