How long will my hybrid smartwatch battery last?

    Hi, is there a solution to this problem? I've had to stop using my watch as replacing the battery every 2 months is not sustainable, would like to know if there is a solution for this

    There does not seem to be a resolution. They have asked me to send the watch back to the service centre, but I could not do so during this period as all the stores are closed. I am now stuck with a good looking paperweight...

    The answer from the Fossil was "The average battery lifetime of our hybrid smartwatch is up to 5 months. However, it depends on how the customer uses it. If you use more features such as activity/ sleep tracking, notification, etc., it will run out of battery more quickly." So... It's better if we will use only the watch function for more baterry life.

    I am not using sleep tracking, I turned on do not disturb(so it won't vibrate) but not lasting long as well... I am under warranty right now so everything still okay but after my warranty expired I don't think I will continue change it.. Its expensive to replace a battery.. By the way I asked the worker from the shop he said this is normal to change around 3 months.. I'm like wtf? I guess is something wrong with the software where something is keep running at background.

    I have the Fossil Virginia set up with only 3 notifications, phone, text and WhatsApp... My battery only last 2 - 3 months at the most. Its already been to be repaired but it has made no difference. Its a shame because I love the watch but the amount of batteries I use is ridiculous. 🙁

    Hi please help. I have a Jacqueline hybrid watch which I used for the second time today in 4 months since I bought it and it already shows replace battery. How is this battery draining even without usage. I feel cheated with this watch

    Hai. The fossil watch and application provided for it is very good with the options provided. But recently reset my mobile. Until before reset the watch automatically syncs and gets charged from the bluetooth connection itself and after the reset I installed the newly updated fossil app. After the last updating the automatic sync is not working properly ( needs manual sync). And the battery is reducing by 1% every day.
    I have tried each and every single options available in my phone. Is there any problem in the app or there's a problem in the watch.

    Please provide a improvement with these problems
