How do I set a goal?

The goal tracking feature appears to have absolutely zero functionality. I have a simple goal of drinking water 10 times a day. I have this goal assigned to the top button on my Q Nate. When I press this button, neither the app nor my watch have any response. What am I missing? Do you expect me to open the app and click "+" every time I drink water? That defeats the purpose of having the watch. I could just carry a sheet of paper and mark down all of the times I drink water. It would be helpful to provide instructions in your app. At this point I assume that the app is poorly made and that this feature is a waste of my time.

    Hi Scott,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the goal tracking feature on your Fossil Nate Hybrid. I've opened a support ticket so that one of our representatives can further assist you with this issue. We'll be in touch with you soon!

Does this has any answer? I gave my girlfriend a Neely and we are having the same question.

I have the same issue, what is the purpose of the goal tracker and how do you activate it?

The only goals you can set are:

    1. Number of steps

    2. Calories burned

    3. Hours of sleep

    4. "Goal tracker"

"Goal tracker" is nothing more than a simple counter. You press the button and the count goes up by 1. Neither the watch nor the App can track whether you're "drinking water," "climbing a flight of stairs." or "picking your nose." It just counts. The rest is up to you and your memory/imagination. In summary, the "Goal Tracker" only tracks how many times you push the button.
