Why can't I pair my watch to my phone?

    The instructions are wrong when pairing to the Fossil Smartwatches App.  PRESS and HOLD the middle button until it buzzes 3 times.  It will then pair.

    Just got a AX hybrid watch and I am unable to get it to link to the app/phone I've been through every step on the FAQ to fix it but nothing I have a replacement battery coming but the one in it reads 2.98V which is fine for a 3v battery. I don't suppose there is anything else I can try?

    Have got the same issue as Aarron, the watch in question is an AX HYBRID AXT1010. I have tried everything including trying 4 different Android phones all running the latest Android iteration to no avail. The watch shows as available in the phones' Bluetooth menu but the app will not pick it up. However my friend has no problem connecting it to the App on his iPhone 8 which leads me to believe there is an issue with the latest Android version as the watch tech is at least 2 years old. I am exchanging it in 2 days, will I have the same issue with other Fossil brands?

    I have bought the Skagen SKT1104. I tried exactly the same steps mentioned and pressed and held till the hands animated and there were 3 times vibration, but still it does not pair and gets rejected. Please help me setup the watch with the App

    I got the hybrid smartwatch, downloaded the fossil Q legacy( the only one on the playstore). And when i try to connect it says i need a different app, but when i go to download the app it roures me to the playstore, but all i get is "nothing found". Wtf?

    Not able to pair my FTW 5031. It says that there is a new q app but play store does not have it. This is frustrating. Tried on 2 different android phones. Fix this soon.

    EVERYBODY WHO HAS A HYBRID SMARTWATCH BUT CANT FIND THE "NEW APP"ON PLAYSTORE, YOURE GONNA HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP THROUGH AN APK. I RECOMMEND APKPURE( just google it) AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO DOWNLOAD THE APK.
    I did this and now my watch works and i love it.

    EDIT: on apkpure search "fossil hybrid smartwatch app" it should be the first one.

    We have two Fossil Sport watches. One pairs properly to one phone, the other was connecting properly to another phone but then it stopped connecting

    We've tried unpairing and resetting it. Location services is enabled for the Wear OS app. The watch is fully charged. The watch and the phone are 10 cm apart.

    After following the procedure on the phone I get to "In the Wear OS app connect to this watch name Fosil Sport XXXX" and on the app to "connect your watch, Tap your watch name when it appears in the list" but the phone name does not show. We've waited more than 20 minutes.

    We've tried the pairing to different devices to ensure it wasn't a problem with the phone.

  • My watch does not vibrate after holding the middle bottom. It used to be connected to my iphone but now it keep stop working, so the time is wrong and then it is not capable to reconnect to my iphone.
