Why can't I pair my watch to my phone?

    I received my Fossil hybrid Jacqueline 2 weeks ago -- It disconnected yesterday and won't sync.  I have unpaired it...turned blue tooth on and off multiple times...restarted phone...reinstalled the app multiple times.  Bluetooth can't find it.  I can push the center button to have it vibrate, but when I go to pair the watch, I get the "can't pair message.  I did have all of my alerts assigned and they have been deleted.  When I tried to add them, I just got the spinning circle.  Since it was working until last night, and the bluetooth is working for other devices, I'm thinking it's on Fossil's end.  FYI -- this is my 2nd watch.  The first was refunded via giftcard because of the multiple problems with it after a few months.

    I have the same problem the Anne mentioned above. I have the Fossil Jacqueline too. I have had it since Aug 2018. My watch stopped working.I replaced the battery . It wont connect to the bluetooth at all. I restarted my Android phone multiple times and it still keeps saying unable to detect the Fossil watch. Please advise what my options are here.

    Another serious frustration -- not being able to pair watch...I called Fossil and was placed on a 35 minute hold for repair.  Then repair disconnected me.  I have e-mailed them, and they haven't e-mailed me back.  What horrible customer support.

    I purchased my Jacqueline less than two weeks ago. It has already stopped syncing. All other bluetooth devices are working properly. I have tried all of the recommended solutions. Nothing works. I am so disappointed.

    I had the same issue and so has my Mum , very disappointed with Fossil for not resolving this issue earlier .Today my watch finally connected after an update, this issue happens far to often
