How do I set the time on my hybrid smartwatch?

    It seems a lot of comments on this thread are no longer present. Deleted? Support has contacted me and it’s been 2 months of ongoing discussion until a decision. But then no update for 2 weeks almost.. I feel like being scammed now :/ the funny thing, I had to buy this watch twice as the first one got lost in transit!

    My earlier comments are now gone.  I continue to have a problem with the minutes hand on my hybrid watch, despite being sent direction by Fossil tech support which didn't work.  It seems clear to me that Fossil needs to issue an app or firmware fix.

    This thread is having all the issues reported here deleted! This page has had the comments cleared without a solution. You mentioned escalating but instead you restarted the support process.. just need a solution to fix all the time not matching with 15mins delay

    probably when your issue has gone to customer service they delete the comment. I'm having my watch returned to be fixed since it actually had a problem.

    Hi all, I don't know what was removed from here. But I have cince several days a Fossil Hybrid Goodwin, looks grat, working fine except the hour, every morning I'am seeiing wrong hour, minutes is perfect, I make synchronize, change hour, don't change minutes and smart as they are poining correctly, save,, until the end of day it is ok, and after the night I have 4 hours shift. I don't use second time zone, Got any solution?
