I have the same problem with my watch too after the latest firmware update HW001ORV4. If BLuetooth is off for a little bit, then watch will suddenly vibrate and both hands will rotate at random, then the time will be wrong (usually 15min slower). Shouldn’t it keep the time correct regardless of bt connectivity?

I also tried unpair and pair. As well as calibrate numerous times

    Hi Yat,

Thank you for reaching out. I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with your Hybrid Smartwatch. This does seem unusual, and yes, the watch should keep time even when not connected via Bluetooth. I've opened a support ticket on your behalf so that our team can further investigate this issue for you. We look forward to assisting you!

I'm having the same issues with it not keeping the correct time. I have unpaired it a few times and calibrated quite a few times as well
