How do I set the time on my hybrid smartwatch?

    Is it possible to verify warranty status based only on serial number?  I have lost my purchase proof, and I don't know how to move this topic further.

    My Hybrid Collider seems to be running slow for time keeping.  Every 1 or 2 days I have to keep re- calibrating the time to correct it being 5- 15 min slower than the actual time on my phone.  Any suggestions? Is this normal behavior for your your Hybrid line?
