How do I calibrate my hybrid smartwatch?

    Hello, im having problems with the second time zone feature. The second time zone always shows the time of the country BEFORE daylight savings. Even though it has been 2 months. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks

    Something is wrong with my calibration. The hour hand sets to 12, but the minute hand doesnt want to move if I try to set it to 12.

    I dropped my watch on the floor and ever since I've been having trouble with the calibration... I've been trying the steps and every time and the minute hand seems to lag behind. What can I do to fix this?

    I have tried calibrating several times and it still always off.  I tried reinstalling the app removing the watch adding the watch, I even changed the battery it time is always off.

    Hi, Everytime I calibrate my watch and re-sync with my phone the minute hand is always incorrect.

    I'm having the same problem with regards to calibration... The hour hand calibrates OK, but the minute hand loses track a short time after calibration. Can you please advise?

    When I try to calibrate my watch, the buttons on my app don't move the hour hand on my watch the way they are supposed to. The minute hand works fine.

    Hi, I appear to be having the same issue as all the others in this thread, is this a sudden bug? 

     

    The Minute hand is just not playing ball lat all.

    Same issue as others.  Watch syncs with my Pixel 3, and everything works other than time.  hands don't move, and calibration doesn't move either of the hands.  Removing and re-syncing doesn't work either.  Please advise, or let me know if there is no fix, to return to Amazon.

    I am having the same issue with the minute hand. The hour hand seems to work but the minute hand won’t show the correct time. Have done all the recommended steps to fix it and it hasn’t worked.

    I am also having the same issue. The correct time is not displayed and during calibration the minute handle does not move. The hour handle goes back to where it was on pressing done button. From reading the above post I doubt if these hybrid watches are defective.

    My problem is slightly different then others that when I calibrate the watch the HR hand goes to 12 and minute hand doesn't but am able to use manual arrows to fix. However when I get a notification or check date the minute hand will not return to the right time. Instead travels to a random time.
