I had my watch repaired 2-3 weeks ago and I have a full battery. My activity tracker is going crazy. I hit 8000 steps by 11am just sitting at my desk. Today my husband and I walked 4000 steps on his watch but almost 16k on mine for the same distance. How do I fix this?

My watch is a hit and miss. Some days it will actively track my steps (avg 10k walking to and from work) but today it only logged 91. This is the second time it has done that. It's only a month old...

I am having the same issue as several other people in here. I notice my step count is much lower than where it should be. I can walk around with my hands down and watch on firmly and it does not count but 1/4 of my steps. Wishing I would have went with Garmin instead !!

I am having a tracking issue as well. I used it for the first time with my workout this morning and it did not properly track my steps or mileage on the elliptical. I got in about 8.35 miles and it registered 0.2 miles. Also, the amount of steps it shows is less than half of what it should be. It gave me about 9.4K steps, where it should have been closer to 24k...

Mine has been over recording lately. I was sitting on my couch and all of the sudden my fossil q registered 20k steps. My phone registered 9k in Google fit. The fossil appears to reliably track about 2x of Google.

Hi, mine has also been undercounted. I've put my garmin on the same wrist and it seems like my Fossil Sports smart watch i bought last week is down 3-4k steps.

Hi, So I don't carry my phone while I am running but I am always wearing my Fossil Q Hybrid Smartwatch. I had never thought about until last week that the steps that are logged in the Fossil App do not appear in Health App for iPhone I have enabled that in the app settings but the steps just don't get picked up. I need the iPhone Health App to be synced with the Fossil App because my insurance premium is reduced based on the iPhone Health App steps.

    Any help is appreciated.
