    Hi there. I have a Gen 4 watch and Bluetooth connectivity is very poor. It disconnects from 5 metres distance of my phone. I have reset both my watch and bluetooth connection on my Samsung s9 phone from scratch, and still get the same issue. Can you please advise. Thank you.

    I have the same problem the bluetooth get disconnected if I a more than 5 meters away from phone. Is there any way i can increase the range.
