    Hi guys!!

It works. I realy don't know how, but worked. I installed many times wear os app, paired/unpaired devices, clean caches and tried many flows. At the end, I don't know what works but now my watch is paired with my smartphone and working.

    Thanks

I also like so many on this thread cannot get my Fossil Carlyle HR watch to re-pair with my Samsung 10+. It did when I first set it up 4 months ago, but today the pin didn't unlock it for some reason, so I had to remove it from the Wear OS app, factory reset it, and when I tried to add back it didn't find it. I tried several times (like a dozen) resetting my Fossil but it never reconnected (Wear OS never saw it).  And I tried all the help suggestions too.

I also have a Fossil Sport that I got and setup 4 months ago also, same pin, no problem.  Still connected to my Samsung S10+ and working.   It seems that there was a software change/ update on the Carlyle in the last 4 months (or recently since it auto updates the software) that now causes some issue with the pin and being found by Wear OS and re-connecting to my Samsung S10+.

Fossil, please help figure out why the Carlyle is not working now.

I also had the same issue with Fossil Sport.
It may be because the smartphone and smartwatch were initialized respectively without disconnecting and initializing them from Wear OS by Google App settings.

Looking at the Bluetooth settings on my smartphone, the connection is very unstable when there is a problem.
No matter how many times the smartwatch is initialized, setup does not proceed.

After all, I will report that the setup is completed when I do the following on my smartphone
    ・ Unpair Bluetooth
    ・ Smartwatch initialization
・ Uninstall Wear OS by Google App
・ Delete the data of Google Play developer service and reboot
・ Install Wear OS by Google App
・Manually connect your smartwatch to WiFi before booting your smartwatch and doing the first pairing of your setup
    ・ Continue setup

It took a lot of time to complete the setup
I hope everyone's problems will be resolved

I have a Pixel 3a XL and Fossil Sport smartwatch and I am unable to complete the initial setup. My phone is not finding the watch. I followed all the troubleshooting instructions in the Wear OS app and factory reset the watch. Any suggestions?

The Fossil app will recognize the watch, but then directs me to WEAR OS to finish setup. Very frustrating.

I have a Pixel 3XL and Fossil sport, after resetting the phone and watch, it does not connect and is stuck on the pairing code screen in the watch. There is no way to get out of this screen or reset the watch from here.

I was experiencing issues with my Fossil Sport 2824 so I wiped it and tried to reconnect it. The watch would get stuck on the "Getting your watch details..." screen. I have followed every troubleshooting guide I could find with no success. Wiped watch data and cache, wiped phone app and data and cleared bluetooth data. Still getting stuck on the "Getting your watch details..." screen.

I have a new phone a Galaxy Samsung S20.  While the phone showed the watch and the pairing codes matched, the watch will not connect and the watch is now an hour behind.  In addition, the watch no longer appears on he list of available devices on the phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled WearOS on the phone but I am not about to reset the watch and have that not work as well as I have seen from various comments  Please help.

In my case, after initializing and restarting my smartwatch, letting it sit for about 30 minutes, and then starting setup, I often feel that the process is complete.

I've had my watch for a couple of years no problem, as soon as I upgraded to the iPhone XS I started having issues staying connected.  I tried to let it wait for an update and didn't wear it for a couple of months and when I tried to reconnect today I can't get anything to work.  All of these instructions I'm finding aren't helping me!  So I got a watch that worked for maybe two years and doesn't work when I get a new phone?!?!?
