HOW DO I RE-PAIR THE SAME SMARTWATCH WITH THE APP?

    I have done EVERYthing to re-pair my watch with my phone, Google Pixel 3a XL with Fossil Sport Smartwatch. For the first 26 days my phone/watch paired with no issue. Yesterday, it kept buzzing every 5 minutes and received NO notifications. This morning I have tried pairing by Forgetting the watch, restarting both phone and watch several times, I've reset my watch (and it's weirdly still buzzing frequently) and my phone will find the watch but says it cannot pair with the watch. I'm OVER this... I have 4 more days before I return this watch. If someone can help me, great. I really want it to work... but if there's no resolution, then it goes back to Amazon. It also will not set recurring alarms and I've been working with a Fossil support person, but I've had enough. Thanks for your assistance if you have a resolution.
