    Hi Team,

     

    Firmware version: HM0.0.2.4r.v1

    Serial number: M0F601114C

    Vibration strength : Low

    Battery drained from 89% to 21% in no time. Not able to charge the watch.

     

    Can you please help us with this?

    Hello. Just got new gen 5 updated watch.charged to 100 percent and it died in 2 hours. I tried to change battery mode but there is no option even after update. Put in daily mode when Initially setting up the watch can't find option to change but still shouldn't have died that fast. Can you help please

    Hello, I bought Fossil Gen 4 day before yesterday. With bluetooth, wifi, ok google, Always on display turned off watch has drained completely in just 3 hours. Could you please help with this.

    Hi, I bought the fossil gen 5 about 4 months ago and am getting the same issues. Lost 30% of battery on an hour. This has only started happening in the last couple of days, and I haven't installed any new apps or updated software

    Hello ,

    i bought my fossil gen 5 3 weeks ago , battery doesn't last for more than 4 hrs , i've swiched off the Bluetooth , wifi , using a black wallpaper , i've no app installed , i don't know what to do else ! i am suffering from this quality , please advise , is that normal ?!

    I have the fossil gen5 for 4 days, I have no apps installed, and in "Extended" mode the battery lasts less than 10 hours, I have an inactive screen and automatic brightness. Can it be a factory battery failure?

    Any idea how to fix it?

    Had my watch for 3 months. Yesterday had 40%, put it on the charger. When I woke up it was at 19%. Now it is dead and won't charge at all or even start. Have tried everything. Help!

    Hi, Purchased Gen 5 Smartwatch and observed the battery life to be just about 8 hours..From 100% to 5% just in 8 hrs..Is it the actual battery duration? I have a feeling it is draining too fast.
