    I set my pattern passcode on my watch and now it won't work. I know I have the right passcode. I keep doing it over and over and over but it will not ask me to reset my watch. I'm totally locked out. Then you say to go to the app and go to the button which I don't know what button you're talking about and go to advanced settings. There is no button that leads me to advanced settings in that app OS app. Help!

    Hello. I am having the same problem as the poster above. I have entered in passwords numerous times and it has not asked me to reset. I have tried all of my usual pins an none of them have worked. Please help. I am not able to do this from the app as I don't currently have access to that either due to having to get a new phone. Thanks!
