    My watch is no longer displaying on the screen. Happened within the past 24 hours. Still connects and reacts to touch but there is no display.

    I got my smart watch q explorist gen 3 as gift
    But the battery is not lasting more than 3-4 hours and the watch is getting heated when we load some applications
    What’s the solution for this
