    My Fossil Venture 4th generation is not charging because the metal charging ring came off completely. I have been taking an extreme good care of my watch and I love the watch, however this is very frustrating. Can someone please help me. Thank you in advance.

    My Fossil Carlyle HR Gen 5 is not charging, the metal charging ring came off. I only have 4 months with the watch, I barely use it due to the COVID19. I haven't received any solution from the Fossil warranty team.

    Same issue. My kate spade watch charging ring came completely off and now I cant charge it. These watches are terribly made. I paid $300 for a horrible watch.

    Same problem. Fossil smartwatch gen 4. Less than 4 months of usage. Backplate came unstuck. Quality is so poor to be honest, Fossil disappointed me.

    I sent my watch to Fossil Group for repair. I had to pay for shipping and it took over a month to get it back. This is just terrible in every way. The watch is poorly made, paying for shipping on a manufacturer defect is not fair and they take forever to get it back to you.

    May I ask if your watch was still under warranty? Also how did they repair it ? Did they just stick it back on ?...I mean won't it come off again? Btw when I emailed Fossil they stated that if the watch was still under warranty that you should send a copy of the shipment fees and they would refund it. Try sending them an email and ask about this issue if you are still under warranty.

    I had purchased a hybrid smart watch in India. Same was defective from Day1. The store accepted the fault and informed that there is problem with entire production line as watch was counting even when not in move. Ofcourse they have told that they will refund the amount. Am surprised how a company like fossil can have fault with entire production line of hybrid watch. This is horrible
