    Hello, I bought my  fossil smart watch in US in october , and I still have warranty on it, but in my country, in Serbia people from Fossil told me that they are not servicing the smart watches so what can I do and who I can contact?

    Hi, 

    the back of my watch just came off when I wanted to wear it again after charging. Not sure what I need to do to get this fixed. Loved the watch until this happened though.

    Hi, I am highly disappointed with my Q marshal. Unable to switch it on!! There is some serious problem with this from past few days. It is just like a show piece in my rack now. Can someone help me in this regard?

    I have owned my watch less than 1 year and it used to make it through the day even with wifi connectivity on.  Now it doesn't make it though the day even with wifi off 100% of the time.  I haven't changed my usage patterns or apps.  Is rapidly declining battery life covered under warranty?

    I am also frustrated. I bought my Runway watch end of 2018 and it is still under warranty. I take very good care of my watch and suddenly this morning I find that the back where the charger connects is partially hanging off. I already submitted a repair ticket but just very disappointed. I called the repair number and was told that this falls under warranty. I will be extremely upset if I am sent a bill after I turn the watch in for repairs.

    As almost everyone else on this page, I too, am frustrated with the back falling off the watch. My watch is less than a year old and very well take care of. It says it's under warranty but when I fill out a request form it says after everything it will be almost $50. Am I going to be charged that fee when it seems to be a recurring issue? Seems a little ridiculous.

    Hello,

    i gave my device to repair and the international service center in Turkey decided to replace the device on 10/06/2019 but after 2,5 months they're still doing nothing. Could you please help me?
