    I received a Gen 4 Venture HR for Christmas and last week when I picked it up the back was off similar to other reports. I take very good care of my watch and love it! What can be done?

    Hi,

    I have bought two months ago a fossil gen 4 sport but this has had problems with the load or charger, currently connected and does not work. I need the warranty because I can't use my smartwatch.

    I have a Diesel Smartwatch DT201 and I have same issue, the back is coming off and hence I cannot charge and use my smartwatch. :(

    I have the gen4 venture and have the same problem as everyone else. The back has fallen off and I can no longer get it to charge. I haven't even had the watch a full year, it was a Christmas present. Is this a warranty issue?

    I purchased a Gen3 Nov 26, 2017 and when i took my watch off after wearing all day..the back was gone. I take care of this watch and not sure how this happened. I see that this is a problem with the Gen 4 ...what can be done? Is this under warranty as it seems to be an issue. I LOVE this watch and get so many compliments on it. Please help.

    I also have an Explorist and the back had fallen off (seems a pretty common problem reading above). I'm based in New Zealand however brought this when in the US a few months ago. How do I go about sorting out a repair?
