    I got the same message but no one really reached out. It seems this is a big issue going on with this watches and at the same time it seems like there is no proper answer or warranty for that. Personally, I took my to a watchmaker and he fixed it in less than an hour. It cost $8. I would guess that by doing this I lost any other warranty, but I wasn´t getting any solutions from Fossil so....

    I took my watch off my charger this morning and the back fell off.The screen also does not work and it keeps flashing. I was wondering if I can get in contact with someone to help me solve this issue?

    I bought 2 of these watches.  One for me, and one for my husband for last Christmas.  The back has come off of his, too, and we can't get it back on.

    Wow, the back of my fossil smartwatch fell off too and it was on 3 mth old. I took it back to the store and the kindly placed it. I seems like a product defect. Fossil may want to look into this problem. I may return the watch for a refund if the problem continue.
