    Unfortunately, though I just got my caseback repaired and back in September, it is starting to come loose on my Michael Kors Runway watch again. I have tried emailing the support with the same thread as the original email. It is helpful to know that it can result from leaving on the charger, but it lasted about 8 months before the first time it came loose..Yet a couple months after the repair and it is starting to lift off the backing again.

    I have purchased the fossil smart watch in May and the battery doesn’t hold and now has problems with charging. Also I noticed that the back of the watch coming off. What can I do?

    Good morning,
    This is my second Gen 4 Explorist watch, and again, the metal charging rings that make contact with the charger are coming loose, and the watch no longer charges unless you put pressure on the watch face while on the charger. This time it only took 2 months to occur :(.  I'll take any help I can get, as this is terribly frustrating, and I love the watch itself.

    The metal charging ring on the back of my Gen 4 Q Explorist came off and now I cannot charge or use my watch.  I've only had it for 15 months.  Please help!

    I bought my fossil 4 q smart watch in June 2019 and this morning the backing of the watch came off and I am not longer able to use it. I cannot charge it. Please help! I need, I need my watch. If someone can reach out to me as soon as possible, I truly appreciate it!

    Got my new Q Venture to replace my Q Accomplice that broke within a year (but was bought in the US so the claim process was awful) for Christmas and it broke within a week (back came off as others have mentioned)! As this is within the warranty period, how do I go about obtaining a full refund? I feel fossil has had its chance with me!

    So over 2 months ago I sent my Q Venture HR to yall to be fixed because the back came off. After finally receiving it back, I was able to wear it for a few days. Now my issue is that it will not charge. I have tried using my charger and I have even tried putting it on my mothers charger because she has the sam watch and it still will not charge. Now it wont even turn on. I feel this is an issue that has came up after yall supposedly fixed the back. Can someone please get back with my as soon as possible to get this issue fixed.

    I have a Fossil q explorist hr gen 4 and the metal charging ring fell off. I have been taking great care of this watch and the ring just fell off after I took it off the charger.

    Hi there,
    I have a Gen4 Fossil Smart Watch. I got it on Nov 2017 with 2yrs warranty and started using it from Jan 2018. After 12 months, on Dec 2018 it gets crazy and keeps resetting itself until the battery dies and when you turn it on it did the same thing.
    So I contact Fossil and they replaced it with a new one. I started using the new one from Dec 2018 and on Dec 2019 the watch starts freezing and after restarting it stops powering on, even though I tried it after fully charging it.
    So is it still under warranty?
    Looks like it's consistent and keeps failing after 12-13 months

    My watch is about a month old. It is not counting steps. I have tried resetting it multiple times and it doesn't do anything. It is snug on my wrist and it has a fully charged battery. I had a Fitbit versa before this and it was very accurate. I have the Gen 5 watch.

    Much like everyone else on this post, the back of my Gen 4 Venture is coming off. I wore it less than a handful of times before it separated off and looks like it is hanging by a thread. I got the watch as a gift so it's upsetting that I can't even wear it :(

    I'm disappointed in the design of the Gen 4 Explorist watch. You guys just replaced my first watch after one of the charging bands in the back of the watch came loose. You guys again replaced my second one, same problem. Now the 3rd watch... It only lasted maybe 2-3 weeks before a charging metal ring came loose, remaining in the magnetic charging piece. So again, I'm left with a watch, but unable to use it as I can't charge it
    I'll take any help I can get, and I'd prefer to be refunded or compensated after the obvious design flaw, as this is terribly frustrating and obviously not improving with the exchanges.
