    Hi,

    The back of my watch came off also. It looks like it was glued on. Will this be covered under warranty?

    Hi there! I purchased my watch 11 months ago (Dec. 26, 2018). In early July, 7 months later, the back fell off. A month later, I got a new watch from the warranty center after sending in the broken watch. 3 months of light use later, my new watch's back has stopped charging and it's back is no longer sealed. In short, 2 new watches have broken within 11 months of my purchase. Please help.

    I have owned my watch since March, and the back of the watch just came off. It is now unusable. This situation is not described in your repair page, so I don't know how to ask for a repair. Please help.

    I went to the NYC times square store, and they fulfilled the warranty for me.  Great service.

    She also explained that the back comes off due to leaving the watch on the charger too long.  It should be 40 min to charge, and after that it starts damaging the housing.

    Hello I have had my fossil smart watch for almost 2 years and the screen fell off it's just hanging on by the cables Is that something that's covered under warranty?

    I have purchased an Explorist Gen 4 (FTW4015/0KI) in May 2019 and, since then, the watch's back came off twice. The first time this happened was in September (repaired by Brazil's Grupo Technos, in São Paulo, fully covered by the warranty, under Service Order 1015356) and again this month (still waiting for repair by Brazil's Grupo Technos, in São Paulo, under Service Order 1029690).


    I was worried this watch had some serious manufacture issue, but after reviewing comments from other users, I am even more worried that this might be an inherent issue for this model. Not sure if this watch might be considered water resistant after being repaired for the second time. Kindly advise.

    I have purchased gen 5 in October 2019, suddenly while charging the screen turned black and become inactive .
    Even after repeated efforts the watch did not turned on . I
    It's just 40 days old , am really shocked !!
    Have given watch to the store , they said it will take 45 days to get it repaired/replaced .
    Kindly look into the matter

    Hi 

    my problem same as u adhish sighal..

    i bought GEN5.. its just 1 week old n only charging  to 39% n then screen turned black after few hours..  charge it again but its not charging at all.. have given the watch for service after 2 weeks it got broken because i was to busy with my work n also i am not at my city.. so unable to return it to the store.. now i have no idea when will i get my watch back.. n what will they doing.. repair or replace with new watch? i need advice.. this is my dream watch.. n my first expensive watch i ever had.. so sad that this thing happened after 1 week i owned it..

    Unfortunately, though I just got my caseback repaired and back in September, it is starting to come loose on my Michael Kors Runway watch again. I have tried emailing the support with the same thread as the original email. It is helpful to know that it can result from leaving on the charger, but it lasted about 8 months before the first time it came loose..Yet a couple months after the repair and it is starting to lift off the backing again.

    Good morning,
    This is my second Gen 4 Explorist watch, and again, the metal charging rings that make contact with the charger are coming loose, and the watch no longer charges unless you put pressure on the watch face while on the charger. This time it only took 2 months to occur :(.  I'll take any help I can get, as this is terribly frustrating, and I love the watch itself.

    Got my new Q Venture to replace my Q Accomplice that broke within a year (but was bought in the US so the claim process was awful) for Christmas and it broke within a week (back came off as others have mentioned)! As this is within the warranty period, how do I go about obtaining a full refund? I feel fossil has had its chance with me!
