    Ii got a dam fossil smart watch model DW10F1 it charged fine for a week or so i put it on charge and it was on over night and now it wont even come on what can be done hell it wont even show its charging now this is bullshit ive read on line u. R having issues with all the smart watches can u all fix this or replace my watch please let me know

    After reading the warranty why would you ever get it. Its an absolute joke any defects in materials and craftmanship? Soo basically if fossils releases a products with sub par materials and they have an employee that butchers their job you are reliable. Honestly what a joke if a company.

    Had the watch for all of 2 days and the strap broke off. Safe to say I will never be purchasing from Fossil again

    Noticed over the past week or so that I would put my watch on its charger and sometimes come back to it to find that it hadn't been charging. I would fidget with the connection until the screen indicated the watch started charging and go about my business.

    This morning, I noticed that the charging contacts on the bottom of the watch didn't quite look right, and there you have it, the outer most ring is coming off.
