To get your watch repaired you can create your repair request online in the Fossil Group repair portal. By entering your product details, you'll have access to pricing, warranty details, and the nearest repair center to which you can ship your watch.
Click here to access the repair portal. You'll be led through the following steps:
Step 1: Select your brand
Select your brand and product category. Place a repair order for traditional watches and wearables. Get service information for sunglasses and jewelry.
Step 2: Select your repairs
Once you enter your watch and check the required services, you'll see estimated pricing details for your repair (but you don't have to pay until we appraise it in person). Now you can review you repair order, print out the shipping label, and send your product to our expert technicians. Shipping instructions will be provided here.
Step 3: Send your watch to us
We'll send you email updates once your product is evaluated. You can track the repair status online and pay online.
Step 4: Receive your product
We'll email you tracking details (US / Canada only), and ship your repaired product back to you! Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks, and we'll keep you posted if the timeframe changes for any reason.
