If you are having trouble accessing the emailed quote for your repair, try doing so through an Incognito window on Google Chrome. Open a Google Chrome browser on your laptop or desktop and click on the menu button at the top-right of the browser. Select "New incognito window" (as shown below). Log into your email in this new window and open the quote email that you received for your repair request. Click on the big, blue Access To Quote button to access your quote. You can approve, decline, or alter the quote.
