Why I cannot connect two watches with my iphone? You should correct this. Android phones allow it why iphone's doesn't?

    Hi Barreras,

Thank you for your comment! I apologize, but due to a restriction under Apple's security protocols, iPhone users are not able to pair more than one smartwatch at a time. We appreciate your feedback and hope you have a wonderful day.

Why I cannot answer calls with my smart watch when it's paired with my iphone?

    Hi Vanessa,

As your watch is powered by Wear OS by Google, some features on the watch are limited if you use it with an iOS device instead of an Android phone.

For example, if the watch is paired with an iOS phone, dismissing calls and view texts/messages are possible on watch but answering calls and replying to texts/messages are not possible on watch yet. However, there are still a lot of other cool features that you can use with your watch. Please refer to this page (IPhone & IPad tab): https://support.google.com/androidwear/answer/6056802?hl=en&ref_topic=6056409&co=GENIE.Platform%3DiOS&oco=0

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The new version of Wear OS - Wear OS 2.0 has improved the compatibility of Wear OS-powered smartwatches and iOS devices. Please stay tuned for more updates in the future!
