WHY CAN'T I PAIR MY WATCH TO MY PHONE?

    I have been using my fossil smart watch 4th generation watch for 15 months now with relatively no problem. But yesterday I could not sync google fit from my watch to iPhone. Eventually noticed that watch and phone can not connect on Bluetooth. Have spent hours trying to look for solution. I have now reset watch to factory settings but my iphone cannot find watch by Bluetooth. OS wear and google fit both downloaded on phone. I cannot set up watch. Stuck on just after where I ticked to agree to terms and conditions. I have tried to connect to three different devices and none of them can find watch on Bluetooth.

    Any advice please to help rectify this.
