If you are in the US, after your watch has completed repairs and is set to ship back to you, you will receive an email with the return tracking number. This tracking number can only be used through the UPS Mail Innovations site. It may take 2-3 business days for the tracking information to show updates.
Note that the watch will ship through UPS to your local post office. USPS will make the final delivery. This is why the link provided in the email to track your product may say that USPS is awaiting your package until 1-2 business days before your watch is delivered.
