Once the tracking shows that the package has been delivered, allow 1-3 business days for your product to be logged into our system. You will receive an email confirming that your product has been logged at this time.
If you have not shipped your product in yet, you can read instructions to do so here. Monitor the status of your package on its way to our service center using the tracking number provided by your shipper.

I shipped my watch on July 3rd via USPS 2 day. You should have it, but I have not received an email to that effect.
