If you have already sent in your product, then check the tracking information for your package.
- If the package has not been delivered yet or was only recently delivered, then your product may not be logged yet.
- If your package has been delivered for longer than 3 business days and you have not received a confirmation email yet, please contact Customer Care with your repair request number and tracking number.
If you have already received your repaired product back, then a duplicate repair request may have been opened on your behalf. You can ignore these automated emails and the repair request will automatically close after 90 days.
