    I have not received my watch back from repairs dating back to October.  Please explain what will be done to locate my watch.

    Please provide a response by End of day Thursday, November 21, 2019.

    I am still trying to get this issue resolved.  I understand that a gift card was issued, however the gift card is for "watch station' and they DO NOT carry Marc Jacobs watches.

    I want to replace the LOST watch with the same watch as I DO NOT want another brand.

    The gift card should be offered at ANY manufacturer.  If you can not provide a generic gift card then you can give me a credit on my AMEX account.

    It would be better if I could actually speak to someone.  This has been an open issue for far too long.  You should not offer merchant gift cards that DO NOT sell the item that was lost.
    Please provide a response and if there is a manager, I would prefer dealing with them.
