Warranty Repairs
Shipment Phase [1-2 weeks]
- Send your product to our service center.
Logging Phase [1-3 business days]
- 1-3 business days after being received, your product will be logged into our system.
- When your product is logged, you will receive a confirmation email.
Repairs & Return Phase [2-4 weeks]
- After being logged, repairs will proceed and you will receive your repaired watch back within 2-4 weeks.
Non-Warranty Repairs
Shipment Phase [1-2 weeks]
- Send your product to our service center.

- 1-3 business days after being received, your product will be logged into our system.
- When your product is logged, you will receive a confirmation email.
Repair Quote Phase [3-8 business days]
- After being logged, you will receive a quote via email in 3-8 business days.
- You will have 45 days to pay the quote online, otherwise, the watch will be returned as-is.
Repairs & Return Phase [2-4 weeks]
- After approving the quote, repairs will proceed and you will receive your repaired watch back within 2-4 weeks.
